Conversation topic: For the Good of the Country
Your government has decided to start a new program where every year, 5,000 people will be chosen to study abroad. All of the expenses will be paid for with tax money. The idea is to aid development within your own country, so students will be expected to come back and contribute locally once they are finished with their studies. In an effort to make the best decisions, the government has asked the public to give their opinions on the matter.
